Catherine Wells-Burr was discovered in her red Ford Focus in a field at Ashill near Ilminster on 12 September.
A 31-year-old man and a 38-year-old man arrested over the death remain in police custody.
The 32-year-old woman will appear in court in Bristol on Tuesday.
